The photo beside this is taken at about 2pm. Not rush hour but definitely busy... you can imagine how scary it is to walk here around 4 and 5pm when all sorts of big trucks and such are moving through.

Just entering and exciting from the hidden driveways that are the only entrance way to the lot is going to be a nightmare, especially in the winter.
I wonder, do the businesses who the councilor and transit authority claim to represent really want a poor quality pay lot, or is there a better alternative?
The city gave an unfair economic advantage to the Dufferin Mall by allowing their massive development, and that is unfortunate for the businesses along the strip. However, the residents on the Bonar development should not be the ones to suffer in compensation.
Find somewhere else.
